We usually ship our products within 48 hours after we receive orders, we use USPS priority Mail with Delivery Conformation for our shipping service, the delivery time usually takes between 3-4 business days. Please note we are not responsible for any delay causes by the U.S. Postal Service. This shipping method is only apply to our customers within the United States and Puerto Rico.
Please note if the item you order is out of stock you will not be able to check out, for some items if we are out of stock, we will ship them out seperately from other location within the country.
How to obtain your tracking number ? (For U.S. and Puerto Rico only)
After you place the order, please come back to our site the next day (except weekends and holidays) and look for the field that say "Order Number" on the right hand side of any page under the car image and enter your order number in the empty field within the box, then click on the "View" button. Under the Shipping Inforamtion section, you will find your tracking number under Waybill. Please note you can not use the tracking number on our website to track your order - we are not the U.S. Postal Service. Copy the tracking number down, then go to usps.com and you will be able to use the tracking number to track your order.
For international order and shipping quotation, please email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will reply within 48 hours or sooner except weekends and holidays.
Shipping and Handling cost for U.S. and Puerto Rico:
$7.65 for the first set, $2 for each additional set and thereafter.
Examples: 1st set is $7.65, for the 2nd set just add $2 and the shipping cost total for 2 sets is $9.65. For 3 sets $7.65 + $2 + $2 = $11.65
There are 2 shipping options for Canadian orders.
1, Shipped by U.S. First Class Mail International - delivery time might take up to 2 weeks or more.
2, Shipped by U.S Priority Mail International - delivery time takes 6 to 10 business days.
Shipping and handling cost for Canada:
$15.95 for the first set with this option - 1st Class Mail International and add $2 for each additional set and therafter.
For Priority Mail International - $33.95 for the 1st set and add $2 for each additional set and thereafter.

After you receive your package from us, please inspect your merchandise CAREFULLY BEFORE you break open the seal and open the cases/packs. Make sure items are the ones you ordered. We are not responsible if you order the wrong products. If you are not satisfy after your inspection, please contact us at email@example.com within 24 hours and we will provide you instructions on how to return your items for exchange or refund. No return is accepted after 7 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for the shipping charges for exchange and return items send between Lightbulbs4cars.com and the customers.
All exchange or return merchandises must be in original brand new, unopened, unused condition in original packagings, with a copy of the original receipt and customers are responsible for the shipping cost of the exchange or return items. There will be no refund or exchange once the original sealed package has been opened and has been used. After the order has been shipped, shipping and handling fee and processing fee will not be refunded. For all free shipping products (when free shipping is offered), if refund is issued, shipping and handling cost will be deducted from your original amount.
Refused shipment will be charged to your credit card for shipping and handling fee. Customers are responsible for the cost of re-sending the refused shipment.
No exchange or return for refund can be made if the bulbs are damaged due to the customers' mishandling (handle the glass capsule with bare hands), abuse, accident or negligence.
There is a 30 days warranty for all our halogen bulbs and 12 months for all OEM HID bulbs and HID conversion kit bulbs, 12 months for HID conversion kits (HID bulbs with the purchase of the original conversion kit is also 12 months) . For Nokya halogen and miniature bulbs, the warranty is 12 months and 24 months only for Nokya LED hi-power fog light bulb kits. If any item's warranty isn't listed on this page, it should be on the product/item page itself. If your light bulbs are defected or damaged during shipping upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days from the purchase date. We will be happy to replace your bulbs without any additional charges for the bulbs replacement and the shipping fee. No exchange or return after 7 days from the purchase date.
For all U.S. customers - defected bulbs replacement under warranty, we will responsible for the shipping cost and will ONLY shipped by USPS 1st Class Mail.
For all international customers - all items under warranty preriod will be replaced, however customers is responsible for shipping cost.
For all returned products, we charge a 25% re-stocking fee for all returned products, which included halogen bulbs, HID and HIR bulbs, HID conversion kit(s), HID conversion kit bulbs, ballasts, resistors and heavy duty wiring harnesses.
If a refund is necessary and all the conditions for a refund are met. We will issue refund back to your credit card account for the full amount less shipping and handling fee, 25% re-stocking for all products including HID bulbs and conversion kit products. If the item(s) you ordered offer free shipping, the original shipping cost will also be deducted from your credit/debit card account. Refund will be issued back to your credit/debit card account within 7 business days after we receive our returned product(s). There will be a $4.00 charge for refund processing fee.
If a dispute concerning or related to all the transactions/agreements in this website between customers and Lightbulbs4cars.com, both parties agree first to attempt to resolve such dispute by negotiations held in good faith between them. If the parties hereto are unable to resolve the dispute amicably between them, then the dispute shall be finally settled by arbitration. All such disputes shall be finally settled under the laws from the State of Nevada.
